The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Night Porter at Rose Fifteen Ltd. As a Night Porter at our hotel, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, ensuring both the security of our hotel and the comfort of our guests. Your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Working independently to oversee the hotel and guest security.
- Handling guest check-ins and check-outs as needed.
- Preparing room keys for next-day arrivals.
- Assisting guests with their requests and responding to messages via OTA’s extranet.
- Diligently following all health and safety guidelines and procedures to safeguard guests and staff
The position is for 16 - 24 hours per week, including weekends as well.
Essential skills and attributes for the job
- A commitment to delivering high-level customer service.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous experience in the hotel industry is preferred but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training.
