• Ensure the spa and wellness areas, including the pool, thermal suites, and relaxation spaces, are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times.
• Perform regular safety checks and facility inspections to ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines.
• Certified Pool Responder, monitoring the pool area and responding swiftly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies to ensure guest safety.
• Prepare and restock spa amenities such as towels, robes, refreshments, and other guest essentials to support a seamless spa journey.
• Assist guests in a discreet and professional manner, providing support with lockers, facilities, and general spa information.
• Monitor guest flow in and out of wet and relaxation areas, ensuring capacity limits and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld.
• .Report any maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues promptly to the appropriate department for immediate resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all safety, hygiene, and brand protocols in all areas of the spa.
• Support the delivery of a calm, safe, and luxurious spa environment through a proactive, detail-oriented, and guest-focused approach.
