The Role
As a Head Waiter, you will:
- Lead and oversee floor service during shifts.
- Supervise and support the waiting team.
- Ensure service standards and guest expectations are
met.
- Act as a senior point of contact for guests.
- Support management with daily operations.

- Proven experience in a senior waiting or supervisory
role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and service awareness.
- The ability to lead calmly in a high-pressure
environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate floor operations during service.
- Allocate sections and manage service flow.
- Resolve guest issues professionally and efficiently.
- Support training, performance, and development of the
team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and
procedures.
