A well established kids sweats brand for 4-12 year olds is looking for a creative freelance Social Media Executive to manage and grow their online presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate will understand kids fashion, visual storytelling, and parent-focused marketing, while ensuring all content aligns with child safety, brand values, and platform guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Insta, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Develop age-appropriate, parent-friendly, and visually appealing content that reflects the brands identity
- Write captions, hashtags, and short-form copy tailored to parents and caregivers
- Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and comment moderation
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, and photography teams for campaigns and launches
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare regular reports
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and kids fashion trends
- Support influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns (with parental consent)
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts in fashion. We are looking for people with fashion experience only.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and YouTube.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of child-safe content standards and brand-sensitive communication.
Desired Skills
- Experience with kids, family-oriented fashion brands.
- Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
