ZI383 - Part-time Housekeeper - London

Busy, friendly principals seek a brilliant, detail-orientated part-time housekeeper for their newly renovated mews home in Pimlico.  Their ideal schedule would be 3 days per week (possibly Monday, Wednesday and Friday) from 8am-12pm, although they can be flexible around this for the right candidate.  Trials are likely to take place in early January, with the position to start as soon as possible after that.

The 2-bed, 2.5-bath home that also has a large basement, office space, dining area etc, has been beautifully renovated using extremely high-end materials.  The principals seek candidates that have prior experience caring for marble, joinery, beautiful furnishings and finishes etc.  Responsibilities will include

• All general cleaning for the home, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping etc
• Regular deep cleaning
• Laundry and ironing 
• General tidying and organising
• Meticulous care for the bespoke joinery and stone surfaces
• Occasional errands
• Overseeing scheduling for exterior work (eg window and gutter cleaning) and for interior maintenance
• Proactively addressing any household needs that require attention

• Candidates MUST have extensive experience in high-end environments, caring for bespoke and delicate furnishings and furniture
• A respectful, considerate approach is essential to ensure appropriate care for exquisite materials
• Able to work independently and with initiative
• Comfortable working with direction and adhering to specific care instructions regarding the different materials
• Flexible around hours and schedule, if possible
• Friendly, positive and pitch-in demeanour
